Logan had grown up his whole life being an only child to two successful lawyers in California. Things seemed perfect until one afternoon when Logan came home to find his mom’s things out in the front lawn of their nice suburban house. His parents were getting a divorce.
Logan was in middle school, an eighth grader when this happened. Logan’s mom sat him down and explained to him that his dad and her were getting a divorced because his dad had been cheating on her. Logan lived in denial for about three months until his dad brought home the girlfriend who had once been a mistress. Ever since then, Logan has hated her. The woman had torn apart his family. Destroyed everything he loved and knew about his life. And on top of that, she looked young enough to be his sister! It’s because of this woman and his father’s betrayal that he has a hard time believing in love or even loyalty. Which is why he has no problem leaving people’s lives when things get too complicated. }
